determining the domain name and then purchasing the domain name.
Before buying any domain name, one would need to determine what one
or two or even three keywords or phrases someone would type into the

that target your website, you will now have to make some decisions and
search for the most relevant domain names available for those keywords. In

Once you have the keywords hashed out and have selected the domain
name that's relevant to the keywords of your website, you will need to build the
website. After you are done building the website with a program, it will

created for all to see. There are many website hosts. Picking one may be
a daunting task!

website program:
Now that your website has been thought through and a
domain name has been chosen that matches your keywords / key phrases and
you have selected a hosting company, now is the time to choose how and
with what program or web designer you are going to use to write the
website. There are many programs out there, such as: Microsoft
FrontPage, Dream Weaver and many more, There are many website designers out there too!

Valid website code or not:
Many websites built are not written with valid
markup or valid code. It is our opinion that valid code is necessary or
will be necessary in the future and it is a good idea to write with
valid code. At least this way, you will get off on the right foot when
building your website.

optimization:
Now that you have built your website, you will need
to optimize it for the search engines. Optimization should include the
following: Image Optimization, Meta Tag Optimization, W3C Optimization &
Errors Optimization. Other considerations should include: Spell checking
the entire website & checking for broken links.

Search
engine submission:
After you have completed all the steps above, you
will want to submit your website to the major search engines. We would
suggest manual submissions in order to avoid any
spamming. There are automated tools that will submit your website for
you however, many of the free automated website submission tools will
submit to the same search engines. It is important NOT TO submit your
website more than once to any search engine.

After submitting your website to the world, you can
not just leave it alone and think it will come up at the top of any
search engines. Your website is in its early stages and needs to be made
known to the world. There are many things that need to be done at this
juncture. This is essentially, where it all begins.
